Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Agent to join a leading luxury car rental company based in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in travel sales who thrives in a fastpaced clientfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales enquiries from clients primarily via a call office environment
Promote and sell luxury car rental services to both local and international clients
Design personalised rental solutions tailored to client needs and preferences
Liaise professionally with clients to manage bookings provide quotations and handle postbooking communication
Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Build and nurture relationships with repeat and highvalue clients
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar sales role within the travel or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner and customerfirst approach
Fluent in English; Germanspeaking ability would be a significant advantage
Competent in using booking platforms reservation systems and CRM tools
Ability to multitask prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and followthrough
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: Officebased 07h30 to 17h00
Weekend and Public Holiday duties will be rostered
Weekends will consist of a halfday in office and halfday remote support
