Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and implement quality control procedures standards and guidelines for incoming materials production processes and finished goods. Ensure full compliance across all manufacturing stages.
Work collaboratively with teams across production engineering and procurement to develop quality assurance plans for both new and existing products.
Perform systematic quality checks and audits to validate compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms quickly addressing any inconsistencies.
Leverage data analytics to monitor performance metrics spot quality trends and implement improvements using statistical tools.
Serve as the primary contact for resolving customerrelated quality issues. Oversee root cause analyses and introduce action plans to prevent recurrence.
Deliver internal training on quality procedures measurement tools and industry best practices to foster consistency and drive quality culture organizationwide.
Take the lead or support continuous improvement programs (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) aimed at boosting product standards and reducing operational inefficiencies.
Maintain detailed documentation on quality processes including SOPs work instructions inspection logs and performance reports. Provide regular updates on quality metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Quality Management or a related field (Master s preferred).
Brings over 7 years of relevant experience in quality leadership within electronics or PCBA production settings.
Confident communicator in English (written and spoken).
Skilled in datadriven quality analysis root cause evaluation and efficiencydriven methodologies.
Wellversed in using tools for inspection and quality monitoring.
Strong leadership presence with clear communication and team collaboration skills.
Highly detailoriented with a strategic mindset.
Certifications like Six Sigma ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer are advantageous.
