What you will be doing: RN Cardiac Neuro Telemetry

• Apply specialized training to deliver worldclass health care with a human connection.
• Assess and identify appropriate nursing diagnoses plan implement and evaluate patient care.
• Develop update and coordinate the patient’s plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
• Maintain currency of essential competencies as required by specific area of hire and populations served.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote the autonomy dignity rights values and beliefs of those served.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families nursing and other members of the healthcare team.
• Facilitate formal and informal learning for patients/families and the healthcare team.
• Account for safety identify and correct problems and integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and practice within the legal parameters of nursing regulations and ethical standards.
• Promote a culture of inquiry that explores integrates and disseminates research and evidencebased practice.

Experience you will need: RN Cardiac Neuro Telemetry

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
