8 years of experience in executive compensation ERISA and employee benefits law
Deep familiarity with:
401(k) 403(b) and 457(b)/(f) plans
Defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans
Equity and deferred compensation structures
Strong communication drafting and clientfacing skills
Must be a member of the Florida Bar or actively seeking admission
Candidates do not need a portable book but must demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
