Job Description
A prestigious Floridabased law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Partner to join its Tax Practice Group. What Were Looking For:
8 years of experience in executive compensation ERISA and employee benefits law
Deep familiarity with:
401(k) 403(b) and 457(b)/(f) plans
Defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans
Equity and deferred compensation structures
Strong communication drafting and clientfacing skills
Must be a member of the Florida Bar or actively seeking admission
Candidates do not need a portable book but must demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Requirements
Ideal Backgrounds:
Attorneys at boutique firms seeking a more stable scalable platform
Attorneys at large firms looking for rate flexibility and the ability to serve a broader range of clients
Tax compensation or benefits lawyers ready for partnerlevel autonomy and support
