Job Description

CDL A Team drivers based out of Rialto/Oceanside CA for the FedEx Linehaul Partner Program

  • $1000 Sign On BONUS for CURRENT and/or ACTIVE FEDEX Compliant DRIVER

Our team driver pay and benefits included:

  • Up to .90 CPM
  • $2000 to $3000 a week minimum 4000 miles/week.
  • You will be out 58 days weekly

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years
  • Doubles endorsement
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with codrivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in ELDs.
  • Perform duties such as hooking and dropping trailers and use dolly for double trailer hookups .
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to be on the road for extended periods as part of the OTR team.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation laws.
  • Must be able to work and operate in all weather conditions.
