Job Description
CDL A Team drivers based out of Rialto/Oceanside CA for the FedEx Linehaul Partner Program
- $1000 Sign On BONUS for CURRENT and/or ACTIVE FEDEX Compliant DRIVER
Our team driver pay and benefits included:
- Up to .90 CPM
- $2000 to $3000 a week minimum 4000 miles/week.
- You will be out 58 days weekly

Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years
- Doubles endorsement
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with codrivers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in ELDs.
- Perform duties such as hooking and dropping trailers and use dolly for double trailer hookups .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to be on the road for extended periods as part of the OTR team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation laws.
- Must be able to work and operate in all weather conditions.
