Job Description
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams to create tailored intervention plans.
- Provide consultation services to educators and parents regarding student concerns and best practices.
- Help foster socialemotional learning and promote positive behavior within the school environment.
- Perform cognitive emotional and behavioral evaluations in accordance with state and district guidelines.
- Support student growth through shortterm counseling crisis intervention and preventative programming.
Requirements
- Masters or Specialist degree in School or Educational Psychology.
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience working in school settings with diverse student populations is highly preferred.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).
