What You ll Do:
Be the IT Hero: Resolve hardware/software issues for Windows Mac and Linux systems no problem is too big or small.
Keep Things Moving: Manage IT setups for meeting rooms printers mobile devices (iOS/Android) and VIP users.
Team Up: Work with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
HandsOn Support: Reboot servers run diagnostics and assist with infrastructure projects your skills will keep the business running.
Prevent Fires: Proactively maintain systems to avoid downtime (because nobody likes emergencies but you ll handle them flawlessly).
Requirements
Who You Are:
- TechSavvy: 3 years in IT support with certifications like CompTIA A or MCP.
- ProblemSolver: Expert in Active Directory Office 365 ticketing systems and troubleshooting.
- Communicator: Fluent in Thai and English you can explain tech issues to nontech folks.
- Adaptable: Ready for afterhours work when critical projects arise.
