Job Description
This is a remote position.
Virtual Rockstar is hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) & Wix Expert to support one of our wellnessfocused clients in creating seamless efficient systems that power the full customer journey. This role is ideal for a systemsminded professional with deep handson experience in GHL setup automation CRM management and website integrations using Wix.

Key Responsibilities
GHL Setup & CRM Management
Configure the GHL dashboard and brand interface
Set up pipelines opportunities and lead tracking workflows
Import and manage customer data with accuracy
Email & SMS Automation
Build email/SMS sequences for nurture followup and conversions
Implement triggers tags and smart logic to move leads through funnels
Optimize for deliverability compliance and engagement
Funnel & Page Creation
Design optin pages landing pages and thankyou pages
Connect calendars forms and payment gateways (e.g. Stripe)
Ensure mobile responsiveness redirect flows and analytics tracking
Forms & Followup
Integrate forms into workflows with appropriate alerts and automations
Test and refine followup sequences for both internal and external users
Analytics & Performance
Set up UTM tracking conversion reporting and campaign attribution
Monitor performance (CTR open rates lead movement)
Deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership
System Integration & Maintenance
Integrate GHL with platforms like Kajabi Zoom Stripe Facebook Ads etc.
Perform updates troubleshoot errors and maintain documentation
Provide occasional team training on systems and workflows
Wix Website Support
Assist in updating maintaining and integrating Wix landing pages
Ensure seamless funnel flow between Wix and GHL tools

Requirements
Required Skills
Extensive handson experience with GoHighLevel
Proven success with email marketing CRM automation and funnel building
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Understanding of sales pipelines and digital customer journeys
Familiarity with Zapier webhooks or direct API integrations
Bonus Experience
Kajabi WordPress course platforms or advanced analytics tools
Wix website creation and mobile optimization

Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
