Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and unify marketing efforts across multiple business verticals including food & beverage digital commerce merchant solutions and logistics. This role is ideal for a handson leader who is both strategic and executionfocused capable of managing multiple workstreams across B2C and B2B channels.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with crossfunctional teams such as business development product and operations to deliver cohesive growthfocused marketing that aligns with the brand and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Brand Execution Across Verticals
Define and protect brand tone across all units from the company s F&B flagship to Digital Coupon Platform Management and their EPayment & Rewards app.
Maintain consistency in messaging across decks websites LinkedIn posts investor kits and instore assets.
Guide and enforce internal adoption of tone and asset standards.

2. Campaign Planning & Rollout
Develop marketing plans aligned to platform or product timelines F&B flagship launches and platform s merchant pushes etc.
Lead the calendar for crosschannel campaigns (email social print O2O) and collaborate with internal teams to align narratives.
Build adapt and execute campaigns directly or via agency owning the end result.

3. Sales & Commercial Enablement
Create sales decks case studies landing pages and B2B pitch materials for use by BD teams.
Support merchant acquisition programs comarketing rollouts and partnership activations.
Collaborate with ops and BD to align campaigns to conversion goals.

4. Analytics & Feedback Loop
Work with the business analyst to track CPL CAC engagement and retention KPIs.
Reallocate budget and efforts based on data channel performance merchant ROI campaign lift.
Turn insights into strategic adjustments not just reports.

5. Agency & Vendor Management
Own deliverables from creative vendors and digital agencies from brief to final execution.
Maintain strong quality control and timeline management.
Act as the central node for creative approvals and marketing production.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or equivalent.
5 years of relevant marketing experience across campaigns brand and digital.
Able to write brief and critique creative output from web copy to campaign visuals.
Confident managing agencies building internal decks and communicating across business lines.
Experience working with lean teams and startuplike resource constraints.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Fully onsite (Monday Friday) in the office work setting
