Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Group COO you will be supporting Project design and delivery across all of our scope of work interacting with both the Head of Group IT and the Head of Operations System Design as well as various Business Unit stakeholders depending on projects.
You will be using your Project Management hard and soft skills as well as our established tools and methodologies in order to:
Plan and deliver Project rollouts across our multiple markets and Business Units
Collect needs and field information in the early stages of international Projects
Frame and drive Projects under the leadership of the Labelium group Operations team.
You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery capabilities (methodology tools processes)

You have an autonomous wellorganized and versatile mind combining rigor with flexibility to achieve your goals pragmatically. You thrive in a fastpaced scaleup environment with a markedly horizontal and international culture.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree.
56 years of experience including a strong Project Management track record. A PMP or other equivalent certification is an appreciated extra.
Experience in international environments (multicultural ways of working) is ideal.

Planning & Organization bringing structure in an overall company environment with little to no formal widespread Project Management education.

Technical Skills
Experience with one or several project Management Platforms (Asana Wrike Basecamp ClickUp Monday)
Experience with the Google Workspace suite. Some experience of Google Workspace Administration would be appreciated.
Good presentation skills.
Good Google Sheets and/or Excel skills.
