Job Description
The Transactional Product graduate programme is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of innovative product leaders. The programme will provide graduates with handson experience exposure to realworld business challenges and the opportunity to contribute to the development of cuttingedge products. The programme will allow graduates to work closely with experienced product managers data team and product designers to gain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation and research to development launch and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn how to define test and validate product idea using data driven decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design build and enhance products that drive business growth.
- To develop and drive Transaction product strategy aligned to SBG strategy
- Simplify delivery and ensure market leading product design coordination and prioritization around product development management and enhancement.

Qualifications :
Honours qualification in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Economics
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.

Minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Should you have work experience it should not exceed 12 months
