ABA Therapist
Location: Twin Cities Metropolitan Area (Anoka Carver Dakota Hennepin Ramsey Scott and Washington Counties)

Position Overview
Oasis Child and Family Services is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician RBT) to provide oneonone therapy for children with Autism and developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) you will implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance communication social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home school clinic and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support skill development and behavior management.
- Collect and record data on client progress ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Attend biweekly supervision sessions with a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Participate in monthly team meetings to collaborate and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in all service settings.
- Maintain compliance with DHS and BACB regulations and ethical standards.
- Communicate progress updates effectively with families and supervisors.
- Complete required training including DHSmandated courses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology Education Social Work or a related field (or at least 48 credit hours toward such a degree).
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation to serve clients across the sevencounty metro area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
- Familiarity with culturally responsive care for diverse communities.
- Additional language skills (e.g. Somali Spanish Hmong) are a plus.
