Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The NP/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide highquality patientcentered care.
Responsibilities:
- Exam patients.
- Order labs imaging.
- Prescribe medications.
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.
Certification/Licenses
- National certification as a nurse practitioner by one of the following certifying bodies:
American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Advance Practice Registered Nurse License through the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations.
- Current State of Illinois Controlled Substance License and Current State of Illinois DEA.
- BLS Certification.
OR:
Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant curriculum.
- One year of experience in health care setting preferred.
Certifications/Licenses
- Certification by passing the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE).
- Licensure to practice in the State of Illinois Control Substance License and DEA License.
- BLS Certification.
