8 years of experience with billing and SAP BRIM on implementation projects of various sizes and subject matters
Bachelors degree in Business Management Information Systems or a related field
SAPBRIM systems expert with specialization in highvolume consumptionbased billing and endtoend implementations (5 years)
5 years of experience with endtoend OrdertoCash business process design and implementation including identifying process improvements
5 years of experience leading workshops documenting requirements and writing functional specifications for SAPBRIM/FICA implementation projects
5 years of handson configuration experience in SAPBRIM components: Convergent Charging (CC) Convergent Mediation (CM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI)
5 years of handson configuration experience in SAPFICA including dunning and collections methodologies
5 years of experience in automation test process design and configuration for SAPBRIM implementations
5 years of experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint) and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for testing and documentation
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for a new billing and revenue system including creation of Agile Product Backlog items such as Service Blueprints endtoend flows features User Stories Development Tasks Test Scenarios & Scripts and RICEFs
Introduce and guide endtoend OrdertoCash business process workshops
Act as liaison for development and testing of billingrelated user stories through all phases (development SIT UAT and hypercare)
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for implementationspecific processes
Design and perform System Integration Testing
Support User Acceptance Testing and billing validation analysis
Lead or support the creation of user training and readiness documentation
Provide SAPBRIM functional support during hypercare
Perform root cause analysis and resolve defects related to system and data issues
Create business process documentation as needed
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical teams business stakeholders and vendors
Participate in project team activities for enterprise systemrelated initiatives
Work independently to complete assigned tasks using relevant tools and software
Adhere to all organizational standards policies and procedures
