As a key leader in our manufacturing operations you will:
Lead with Purpose: Guide crossfunctional teams in maintenance operations material handling and more ensuring alignment with plant goals.
Drive Excellence: Improve safety quality and operational metrics while championing efficiency and cost savings.
Collaborate & Innovate: Utilize production boards to monitor performance solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
Own the Process: Standardize work maintain 5S standards and support TPM initiatives for seamless operations.
Foster Growth: Mentor team members develop future leaders and uphold a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee Facility Systems: Manage lighting HVAC electrical systems and other critical infrastructure ensuring optimal functionality.
Ensure Quality: Work crossfunctionally to maintain defectfree products and resolve production challenges.
Promote Safety: Champion a safetyfirst culture and enforce compliance across the value stream.
What Youll Bring to Our Team
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electrical Controls or Industrial Engineering OR equivalent handson experience.
12 years in maintenance mechanical or equipment engineering.
Handson expertise with automation equipment vision cameras and 6axis robots (Fanuc preferred)
Preferred:
5 years in maintenance mechanical or equipment engineering.
Understanding of highspeed manufacturing automation.
