What Youll Do
We are seeking a detailoriented Accounting Clerk to support our growing accounting team. This entrylevel position focuses on data entry trust transaction processing and maintaining accurate financial records. If you are organized dependable and looking to grow your accounting career in a highperforming legal environment we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting and case management software
- Process trust account deposits and disbursements in compliance with firm procedures
- Upload and organize financial documentation including deposits approvals and receipts
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure documentation accuracy
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry bookkeeping or office administration preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
