Job Description
CRM Data Management
- Enter and update client and project information in the companys CRM system to support sales and technical outreach.
Sustainability Research & Development
- Research and compile materials related to sustainability programs such as LEED GreenBuild International Living Building Challenge and Building Performance Standards (BPS).
- Assist in the development of educational and technical content aligned with these initiatives.
AI Platform Evaluation
- Participate in testing and evaluating AI tools that support team goals in automation data analysis and customer engagement.
Event Support
- Coordinate the ordering and assembly of materials for conferences trade shows and internal events.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field.
- Interest in sustainability technical sales and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational research and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
- Teamwork by helping and volunteering across a variety of tasks.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow all safety rules/procedures.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
