- Provide support for approx. 3500 users across multiple countries.
- Troubleshoot debug and manage application system errors.
- Administer applications user security and permissions.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external support for issue resolution.
- Test and deploy application patches and upgrades.
- Active participation in the Application Ownership (AO) meetings
Qualifications :
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Problemsolving and customeroriented mindset
- Experience in application support and IT projects
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Advanced English; German is a plus
