Get to Know the Role
This is a regional individual contributor role and you will report to the Head of Learning & Inclusion based onsite in our Kuala Lumpur office. As the Learning & Inclusion Manager you will shape strategies and lead implementation on two impact areas:
- Equip Grabbers with essential skills and mindsets to enable high performance and continuous growth.
- Build an inclusive workplace that provides equitable access to growth opportunities and strengthen Grabbers sense of belonging with their team and with Grab.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Partner the Head of Learning and Inclusion to shape team priorities.
- Lead collaboration across POD and diverse cross team collaborators to prioritise and solve learning and inclusion challenges.
- Design and implement high impact programs with a datadriven approach to address critical learning and inclusion needs whether its through structured development journeys custom programmes platform solutions process enhancements or other forms of interventions.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Solving Problems: Analyse complex situations identify solutions and adapt based on feedback and data.
- Change Management: Champion innovation and implement impactful ideas.
- Collaboration: Lead cross team members at all levels to problem solve and achieve shared goals.
- Thought leadership: Share knowledge and coach others to improve their work and skills.
- Communication: Articulates ideas in a clear manner both verbally and in writing.
- 7 years of experience with the following:
- Design and implement engaging and impactful user journeys or programmes
- Lead complex projects
- Promote behaviour/ culture change in a diverse organisation
