Intern (m/f/d) – PMO Customer Projects

Our team oversees Customer Projects including the management of Rest of World (RoW) ecommerce shops. We collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization on a wide range of initiatives including:Business development Costsaving measures Feature launch support Testing and quality assurance and various other strategic projects

As an Intern (m/f/d) PMO Customer Projects you will also be involved in ensuring correct and high quality texts are live in your shops. This will include translating various texts and providing valuable support to the team across multiple projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in international ecommerce operations and project management.

Responsibilities

Your role will encompass two key areas of responsibility:

1. Rest of World Shop Operations Management

In collaboration with your Team Lead you will take ownership of our Rest of World shop
operations. This includes:

• Collaborating with the Markets team on initiatives specific to Englishspeaking markets including but not limited to content creation and management
• Contributing to marketspecific analyses to drive datainformed decisionmaking
• Providing assistance leveraging your excellent language skills

2. Strategic Project Support

You will play a vital role in supporting ongoing strategic projects within the department:

• Actively contributing to both operational and strategic projects
• Conducting comprehensive analyses to inform project directions
• Supporting the execution of key initiatives from planning to implementation

Requirements

• Studies in business management or a related field
• Nativelevel English language skills
• Basic knowledge of German
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for working in an international team
• Selfmotivated with a handson approach to work
• Good organizational and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Hamburg Germany

Nice to have:

• Project management experience (not required)
• Experience with data analysis
