Their delightful twoyearold daughter possessing a keen interest in the world would thrive under the guidance of a nurturing and insightful caregiver. She is currently exploring new activities like gymnastics and soccer. With parents working from home this family of three seeks a harmonious Candidate: This family seeks a nurturing and organized individual to provide comprehensive care. Theyre looking for a nanny who can seamlessly shift gears to meet their daughters needs. This includes providing energetic engagement offering calming comfort anticipating her needs and intuitively understanding her emotional cues. They envision a caregiver who will cultivate a stimulating and enriching environment for their daughter fostering her intellectual curiosity through engaging activities and exploratory experiences. A creative and dedicated person who can combine playful learning with the development of perseverance. Knowledge and experience with developmental milestones and benchmarks is required! A Montessoriminded private educator with a teaching credential would be a perfect match. Someone who can create lesson plans and educational activities and will incorporate all aspects of learning including science reading math art and physical activities. A nanny with experience in potty training would be essential while they approach this milestone. The candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability readily adjusting to the familys evolving needs and is an excellent communicator who can take feedback well. While it is not required they would love a nanny who can speak a second language and can teach it to their Synopsis: This role centers on fostering the intellectual and developmental growth of a vibrant twoyearold. You will create stimulating learning experiences ensure she meets and exceeds developmental milestones and provide a nurturing and engaging environment. Daily responsibilities include planning educational activities maintaining a tidy and organized space preparing nutritious meals and snacks handling the childs laundry and facilitating participation in ageappropriate activities. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 10 am 6 pm. The pay for this role is a range from $100k to $125k DOE with paid vacations sick time and holidays. A college degree is required for this position and a valid teaching license is highly preferred. Flexibility to work date nights and overnights would be greatly appreciated! Traveling will be required with this multipleresidence family. The family prefers a local candidate from one of their two locations.
