Were looking for an ambitious personable and salesdriven individual to join our team as a Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic beautyfocused environment and is motivated by goals and growth.

Fulltime position with competitive compensation plan potential to earn between $15.50 (hourly base pay) and $30.00 per hour based on sales performance

Qualifications
Manages lead outreach and engages prospective members
Partners with the Marketing Team to implement effective lead conversion strategies
Highly customerservice oriented with a strong focus on membership retention
Resultsoriented and metricsdriven
1 years of sales experience preferred
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Outgoing positive energetic and engaging personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence
Wellorganized and solutionsoriented with solid project management abilities
Must be available to work SundayThursday including morning mid and evening shifts as needed
Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.
