Job Description
The Washington DC office of Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior National Security Advisor to work with the CFIUS and Outbound Investment Regulations (OIR) team within our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
Qualifications :
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school;
- High academic achievement;
- 1015 years of national security experience including with the Department of Defense (DOD) and with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS).
- Experience consulting or advising on transactions (M&A) and providing highlevel strategic CFIUS advice to clients with the goal of mitigating the national security risks posed by investment transactions.
- Strong interest in the subject area entrepreneurial and a teamplayer;
- Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the Washington DC Bar.

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $225K$250k. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.
