As a Lead Software Engineer you will have the responsibility to design develop and maintain software included in IFS. The role is focused on interpreting and analyzing functional and technical requirements to create fitforpurpose and enterprisegrade software. Stability performance maintainability usability and security are key aspects of this role. As a Lead Software Engineer you are expected to:
- Provide technical leadership for design and development of software meeting functional & nonfunctional requirements.
- Ensure maintainability security and scalability in software components developed using wellestablished engineering/architectural principles
- Keep product security and performance at the center of development
- Support collaborate and mentor a talented team of engineers.
- Test debug review and maintain software to ensure quality and stability of the code.
- Create documentation presentations and training material.
- Be a strong team player selfdriven able to learn new technologies and apply them to the product
- Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications
A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology
- 2 years of experience in writing enterprisegrade software in Go language
- Sound knowledge of microservices
- Have a strong understanding of software design patterns
- Have working experience in writing unit tests and various quality practices
- Experience in Azure and cloud services is preferred
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills along with an innovative mindset
We will provide a highend Windows laptop; you will be expected to use that to connect and work with IFS.
