Project Manager, Professional Services

Were looking for a Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of professional service engagements for our SMB and commercial Customers. The Project Manager will manage internal and external resources to successfully deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where youll own and develop multiple new accounts at a time. This role also requires partnership with Professional Services Consultants Delivery teams Sales counterparts Product and other Customer Success team members to help your clients onboard and grow with Procore.

As a successful Project Manager you have a consultative mindset and can quickly understand both Procores Technology and the industries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business processes and goals. Youll be instrumental in planning clients services developing rollout strategies managing resources and executing their project plan to fulfill the project scope.

Leveraging this consultative approach you will deliver Industry Technology and Change Management through leadership while encompassing Procores values of Openness Optimism and Ownership.

To build successful relationships with our team and your clients client onsite travel and company event travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

This position reports to the Manager of Project Management Services EMEA and is located in our Dublin office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

• Work with clients to create a services strategy that focuses on businessbased outcome delivery. This consists of leading discovery and design workshops developing Gantt project plans managing and forecasting resources tracking and managing risk building change management strategies and fostering relationships with Executives.
• Responsible for budget and margin for projects within your book of business
• Stakeholder management with technical leadership and our Customer Success department to establish responsibilities and internal due dates for all business partners on each project
• Help create efficiencies by developing and implementing repeatable processes and templates to ensure standardization where possible
• Create and manage custom service delivery project plans to ensure ontime delivery of services deliverables and outcomes
•  Remain current on customer needs industry trends market activities and competitors to build trust and create meaningful relationships among Champions and key points of contact within each account
• Provide the highest level of service and support to Insert Customer Segment or vertical through diligent and proactive communication
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services Consultants to help scope customer services and develop key project milestones and deliverables as well as Product Managers and Customer Success Managers to further client success
• Working knowledge of Procores product offerings and a deep understanding of Procores business model services emerging technologies and Implementation best practices

What were looking for:

• 2 years experience managing service delivery or implementation skills required
• Prior experience creating and managing Gantt project schedules managing and forecasting resources budget and margin reporting tracking and managing risk building change management strategies establishing standard operating procedures deep understanding of value drivers etc.
• A history of servicing large complex organizations with complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management project management or similar
• Preferred experience related to construction and/or financial SaaS industry and Organizational Change Management Consulting
• Successful candidates are innovative persuasive creative and have a genuine curiosity about their clients businesses. Goal and resultsoriented optimistic smart valueadded mindset proactive and easily adapts to change.
• Successful management of projects and SOWs delivery
• Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training sevenfigure clients
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management and organization

While our Project Management team works closely with all levels of our organisation including our sales team this position does not include any direct sellingrelated tasks or activities. Our Implementation team is solely focused on ensuring Procores clients are wellsupported.

Base Pay Rangeplus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
