JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Impact to the role:
- Achieve retail sales goals as determined by management in assigned stores throughout assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning.
- Handle all instore training of Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories inclusive of Sephora BAs.
- Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to support assigned territory.
- Plan and execute instore events in conjunction with brand initiatives while establishing and developing strong relationships at store level with store sales associates and store leadership
- Represent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve location within Sephora locations.
- Maintain above average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
- Create store specific action plans to achieve sales goals in all doors of the assigned territory.
Your Impact in your first year:
- Establish and execute successful instore events in alignment with brand initiatives.

Physical Requirements:
- Continuous standing/ walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
- Continuous bending of neck arms torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Work in a fragrance filled environment.
- Physical contact with clients/customers.
Qualifications :
PROFILE
You have:
- 35 Years of Experience in Sales beauty industry experience required.
- Working knowledge of instore retail environment is a must or experience in Sephora environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Event planning and execution experience
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives
- Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking (preferred)

The salary range for this role is $75000 $85000 CAD.
