As Finance Manager you will translate the financial strategy into KPIs and targets manage performance processes ensure compliance and oversee forecasting and reporting. Working with the accounting team youll support financial operations and assist the Dutch affiliate as needed.
Your tasks & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for translating the firms financial strategy into concrete KPIs & targets and engage with the organizations internal stakeholders;
- You will organize the Business Performance processes & targets;
- You will follow up accounting work in close cooperation with the accounting team of stow International.
- You are the end responsible for compliance (financial statements audit corporate tax etc.)
- You are responsible for correct forecasting budgets and alignment with the KPIs of the business.
- You are responsible for setting up and following up on correct and timely management reporting & preparing the monthly regional management presentation.
- You actively assist in managing customer receivables and the overall management of working capital.
- You will actively monitor further structure and optimize the Financial & Business processes.
- You will report to the Senior Finance Manager NL/BE.
- You will support the business in the Netherlands when it is needed.
Qualifications :
Your profile
- You have a Masters Degree in Economics
- You have at least 5 years of experience
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. The knowledge of French is a plus.
- You have experience in SAP or another ERP system
- You are handson and open to work in a fastgrowing company
- You have a strong background in Accounting and Controlling within a industrial company
- You will be based in our office in Moeskroen
- You are flexible to commute to the office in Breda twice a month
