Test Lead

We are seeking a senior test resource with experience leading testing on small to medium sized projects. You will have proven yourself delivering testing on cross functional squads or leading small dedicated testing teams as part of larger projects. You will be able to estimate and plan test activities be hands on during test design and execution and provide timely accurate reporting to project steering committee level.

The Test Lead will be the senior testing resource on scrum deliveries or will lead test workstream on larger deliveries. This may include both technical system and systems integration testing or coordinating UAT activities. You will work with the NCS test delivery function and account manager to ensure high quality test delivery for NCS clients. You will ensure that testing activities follow appropriate testing methodologies and contribute to ongoing development and improvement of business performance

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years experience in testing including 2 years leading people or processes
• Experience using a range of defect tracking tools
• Experience conducting testing on a range of systems and technologies
• Experience working on large testing projects and multivendor environments
• Experience testing in agile and waterfall SDLCs
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical peers and report to stakeholders of various levels of seniority.
• Describe STLC and how it is utilised in different SDLCs
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Testing qualifications
• Experience working with CRM Platforms
• Familiarity using minimum of 2 different test management platforms
• Strong SQL or API testing skills
• Understanding of nonfunctional testing concepts
• Experience working with PHI systems
• Understanding of finance and finance reporting business concepts
• Understanding of finance and finance reporting business concepts
