Property Leasing Associate Rental Advisor

This fulltime position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and excels at building lasting relationships! ABOUT THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT JOB
This fulltime property management position typically works Monday Friday and most Saturdays. If working on a Saturday you would get another day off during the week.
As our Property Leasing Associate Rental Advisor you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for future residents greeting them warmly showcasing properties and highlighting amenities. Your expert knowledge will guide them through available units lease terms and the application process. Youll build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanor and clear communication. Utilizing your marketing and sales skills youll promote our apartments effectively. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth application processing and lease paperwork accurate record maintenance and efficient handling of apartment turnovers movein and moveout procedures fostering a true sense of community.
Would you excel in this property management position Heres what you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in leasing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Strong closing skills
One year of customer service experience and familiarity with Yardi software is preferred. Sales experience would be a plus!
