Job Description
Role Description
Assist in the planning preparation communication training administration and analysis of assessments. Ensure complicance with all state and district requirements for assessments. Assist in the operations of the school as assigned when available.
Duties
- Create a yearly testing schedule based on designated assessment windows.
- Coordinate administration of all standardized and buildingwide tests and surveys including preparation before and follow up after testing windows.
- Create and provide testing schedule for staff.
- Reserve and oversee test sites on and off campus.
- Attend all assessment trainings and school/district meetings.
- Distribute results of assessments/surveys.
- Deliver training on state and district assessments.
- Provide make up assessments for students as needed.
- Ensure all assessments guidelines participation guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with staff to complete accommodation requests on assessments.
- Ensure proper permissions for surveys and other tests have been distributed and collected.
- Manage the ordering distribution collection and return of all assessment materials and information.
- Provide Test Security and Ethics training for all personnel.
- Keep documentation of training given who received it and how it was given.
- Serves as liaison between the school administration and central administration.
- Maintains strict test security before during and after the test session. Accounting for all test materials.
- Ensures that all testing materials are securely stored.
- Assist in the the operations of the school as assigned when available. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: supervision of hallways parking lots and/or cafeterias; and CPC within the school dayediting student schedules; assisting with office duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
