The Opportunity
What are we looking for in an ideal lead front end developer You will be joining a highly collaborative team of system and platform development engineers working closely with the internal product teams and stakeholders.
Your primary role is to design and develop the userfacing experience for Adobes AI Platform. You have a usercentric detailoriented approach invite constructive collaboration naturally strive to be a mentor and always work with a bias towards action. Most importantly you enjoy independently solving complex problems have a deep empathy for customers and drive tangible results in a teamoriented culture.
What youll Do
- Help establish design and quality coding practices for the Adobes AI Platform frontend application
- Work closely with the engineering team product management and our internal clients translating early ideas into interactive prototypes
- Engage with customers to identify problems prototype solutions and refine workflows
- Expand your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the latest development test and deployment methodologies
What you need to succeed
- 4 years of professional experience developing interactive web applications
- B.S or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Well established practice of building and deploying web applications or interactive sites using React
- High proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6)
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Confidence to be an outspoken pragmatic developer especially in the areas of writing highperformance reliable and maintainable code
- Ability to perform independently in a hybrid or remote first work environment supported by proficient written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python development and tooling for backend development
- Familiarity with Kubernetes cluster management and public cloud services
- Experience in UX design design systems or close collaboration with design teams
- Knowledge of modern clientserver web technologies including WebSockets gRPC etc

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133900 $242000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
