Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly talented and motivated Electrical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the team in Everett WA.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ideal candidate to play a pivotal role in defining and integrating electrical systems across our commercial airplane fleet. This position involves analyzing and translating requirements into comprehensive system architecture hardware software and interface specifications. You will collaborate with a global supply base to develop system components and validate designs through rigorous laboratory and inflight testing. Your work will span the entire product lifecycle of airplane systems from initial concept through certification and delivery. In this role you may focus on various electrical subsystems including generators batteries motor controllers motors power distribution and more.

Position Responsibilities:

• Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.

• Analyzes and translates requirements into system hardware and software designs and interface specifications.

• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.

• Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

• Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.

• Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Everett WA).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.

• 3 years of experience in an engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with engineering processes and methods.

• Experience with hardware and software design.

• Experience with model based development tools.

• Experience working with cross functional teams.

• Demonstrated project management skills.

• Knowledge of FAA / EASA certification.

• Senior (Level 4): $128350 $173650
