About the Job
- Plan and discuss annual Brand Environment (BX) priorities and financial investment levels with US HQ Brand Environment Team.
- Implement Brand Environment activities aligned with the global/local environment strategy for mainline outlet and wholesale.
- Partner with brand marketing and store implementation teams to maintain and upgrade store environments.
- Ensure store staff is equipped with brand product and visual merchandising knowledge to build brand loyalty inspire consumers and create sell out.
- Responsible for all new store openings and refit projects working with District Managers and BX HQ team.
- Attend weekly business reviews and provide insights and feedback from a Brand Environment pointofview.
- Travel to stores and markets across western region and spend 23 days in stores per week.
- You will report to Regional Director Central
About You
- 4years in apparel industry with multinational company experience.
- Understanding of visual merchandising techniques.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of with Adobe Suite Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Photoshop software.
- Write easily understood directives and email communications.
- Manage several projects at once.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $78800 $120900. per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
