Monday Thursday: 5AM 3PM

Supervises the daytoday activities of office employees and functions.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Provides daytoday supervision and support to clerical staff. Delegates tasks and monitors workflow.
Develops documents and implements work methods and procedures as approved by appropriate manager.
Oversees one or more clerical processes including: billing processes purchase orders Visa orders PCard reconciliation data entry software updates and office machine maintenance.
Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.
Compiles reporting requirements. Develops analyzes and submits reports and data.
Supervises team work processes and procedures and expenses and supports programs which drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of nonsupervisory employees. This includes:
Direct supervision of fulltime employees including: data entry receptionists security officers and specialists.

A. Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Four years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required
Office management customer service and computer software experience required.
