Job Description
Marshfield is seeking aHead Girls/Boys Swimming Coach to lead our high school swimming program. The ideal candidate will foster athletic excellence personal growth and team development while promoting the values of sportsmanship commitment and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and supervise all aspects of the girls and boys high school swim teams.
Conduct daily practices focused on skill development conditioning and teamwork.
Develop and implement meet strategies and training plans tailored to athletes strengths.
Monitor academic progress and eligibility of studentathletes.
Maintain positive relationships with athletes parents school staff and the community.
Ensure proper safety protocols and compliance with all school district and state athletic guidelines.
Manage team logistics including scheduling meets transportation and equipment inventory.
