Job Description

  • Support the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department with discretion efficiency and warmth.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including posting vacancies conducting initial screenings scheduling interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of training programs orientation sessions and engagement activities.

  • Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR databases in compliance with local labor laws and Accor standards.

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues queries regarding policies benefits or T&C procedures.

  • Promote a culture of inclusion wellbeing and colleague recognition across all departments.

  • Ensure that all HR practices reflect the brand promise and contribute to the hotels excellence in service and talent development.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in luxury hospitality.

  • Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office LOGO and Meyer .

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.

  • A proactive servicefocused mindset with a heart for luxury hospitality.
