Job Description
Technical Skills:
Work in Task Force coordinating with the Project Team different JVs Contractors and Client.
Technical knowledge of Telecom Systems in Yard & Offshore Plant for Precommissioning Commissioning Start Up & Operation activities.
Ensure the execution of the Telecom activities concerning Precommissioning Commissioning Start Up & Operation and handing over of the Telecom Systems to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety quality budget and schedule.
Ensure compliance of the Yard & Offshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements while respecting the relative time and cost targets.
Knowledge of the CMS Engineering Systems and Tools.
Knowledge of the Telecom Test Equipment and Tools.
Knowledge and Preparation of Commissioning & Operational Test Procedures.
Knowledge of Telecom System Architechture Engineering Practices System Configuration and Integration.
Knowledge of PC Windows Office Software and IT implementation background.
Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and Requirements
Proven Technical Knowledge with the sequences and activities of preparation for PreCommissioning Commissioning Start Up and Operation of the following Telecom Systems:
Transmission Systems (FOC SDH PDH DWDM OTN LoS Microwave VSAT).
Data Network Systems (LAN WAN WIFI IP PABX Telephone Routers Switches Firewall).
VoIP based Telephone System.
Radio Systems (VHF UHF TETRA Crane Radio Marine Radio).
Process Data Network (Process CCTV SCADA PI Server SoE Server).
Security Systems (Security CCTV ACS).
PA/GA System.
Time Synchronization System.
Weather Monitoring System.
