Join our team CIS di Nola . As an Air Export Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment processes for our international air freight operations. This position requires a professional individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
- Track and trace shipments providing proactive updates to customers
- Liaise with airlines customs authorities and other relevant parties
- Prepare and review export documentation for compliance with international regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Optimize shipment routes and costs to enhance efficiency
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of export regulations and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in relevant software applications including MS Office suite
- General understanding of airline and logistics industry practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory)
- Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
