Job Description

ReportingThe role holder will report to Operations ManagerPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPeople & Team Management Improve process effectiveness and efficiency thereby generating cost savings No Show % 1 Customer/WNS impact project within the team Drive audit compliance robust root cause remediation plans ensuring adherence to contractually binding audit targets. All things to be in place from ISO prospective Create all managerial reports for senior manager / senior leadership. Prepare graphs charts and visual presentation aids for all departments. Monthly absenteeism % for the team to be 9% or less than 9% 16 Hrs of individual & team training (12 hrs Dev & 5 hrs BPET). To be measured on quarterly prorata basis at 3 hrs of training coverage per staff per quarter One back up to be identified Ensure at least 80% crossfunctionality within the team Evaluate individual staff performance and provide feedback. Accurately maintain work query and error logs and prepare accurate and timely operations MIS Foster a spirit of continuous learning & collaboration across teams career development coaching & mentoringMain Responsibilities as an SME Own and undertake responsibilities of the Month end and Year end targets as per forecast by the client Conduct quality control of data entry work conducted by the technicians Assist in the oversight and monitoring of the handling/agreement of premium queries of Unallocated cash Funding Retentions assisting with and processing any complex cases as required Complete monitoring of data information in to Document Management System Data quality checks investigate by reviewing company documentation stored locally in shared drive for any queries raise or any exceptions received from onshore. keep a log and follow up or escalate as appropriate Engage with Division Agents and Insurers in order to settle the premiums within TAT Assist in the monitoring/completion of exception reports and complete follow up actions as required Undertake Adhoc tasks in relation to operations function as directed by Operations Manager Act a deputy for colleagues when they are absent e.g. email queriesDesired Experience and Skills Graduate Knowledge of end to end life cycle of policy along with IBA process. Overall work experience of minimum 35 yrs. experience in Operations Excellent Communication skills written & verbal Working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint Should have analytical bent of mind Strong work ethic with a willtowin attitude demonstrates personal excellence lives the growth mindset
