As a Project Manager youll be a mix of Project Manager and Business Analyst. Youll be at the heart of Agile project deliveries working closely with internal customers mastering Agile practices and steering our talented teams across a variety of exciting projects.
This role is more than just managing tasksits about building bridges and being handson. Youll translate client needs into actionable Agile stories foster strong relationships and ensure projects are delivered with pace precision and impact to fit large complex missioncritical enterpriselevel projects with the right balance of agility and predictability.
Salary: 48000..00 (depending on experience) Bonus
Location: Dundee (Hybrid)
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinating Agile project deliveries and ensuring seamless execution
- Acting as the key link between customers and teams turning needs into deliverables
- Driving Agile best practices keeping teams on track and motivated
- Managing stakeholders balancing priorities and keeping expectations aligned
Basic Qualifications
- Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.
- Solid understanding of development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- 35 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager managing large complex projects in a hightech development environment with multifunctional teams.
- Experience overseeing multifunction project teams with at least 1015 team members including (but not restricted to) engineers operations quality.
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highlycredible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.

- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building
- Strong analytical planning and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of trust and confidence
- Proven ability to lead development projects and ensure objectives goals and commitments are met
- Expert in using Atlassian tools such as Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud as well as PowerBI
- Excellent oral and written communications skillsand experience interacting with both business and IT at all levels including the executive level
- Creative approach to problemsolving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
Bonus Points
- A background in Azure CI/CD processes and modern development methodologies.
- Previous experience working with development teams utilizing python and docker.
