As we continue to grow were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the Benelux region focusing on the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy managing multichannel campaigns and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.
Your Mission:
Own the growth of the Benelux region while keeping the Wise customers at the heart of everything you do.
Identify own and drive new growth initiatives and strategies for the Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg increasing our market penetration user acquisition and retention.
Coordinate and execute multichannel marketing campaigns working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise your efforts reach and impact.
Help optimise scale and improve marketing channels BAU initiatives with local insights and knowledge about key target audiences market dynamics and competitor landscape.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch new products and features for your region tailoring your strategies and tactics to meet local customer needs and behaviours.
Work closely with the analytics team to monitor performance generate new insights and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.
Be the main point of contact for and collaborate with product and product marketing teams to define the right audiences messaging and positioning for our products and features in your region.
Qualifications :
Tshaped growth marketer with a minimum of 45 years of growth marketing experience in the Benelux region (primarily in the Netherlands)
Deep local knowledge and strong ties to the Netherlands and Belgium with experience working with local agencies and partners and strong understanding of the media landscape.
Proficient level of English and Dutch
Strong handson experience of fullfunnel marketing strategies and tactics with a track record of driving sustainable longterm growth in fastgrowing companies.
Excellent communicator and a proactive team player with strong project and campaign management skills capable of leading and working on crossfunctional initiatives
Your approach is rooted in analytics and leverages data to inform and drive your decisions.
Strong problemsolving skills and comfortable navigating new and complex situations with a creative and innovative mindset.
Desirable:
Dutch national or expat
French language knowledge
Experience running upper and midfunnel campaigns
Experience in a fastgrowing and productdriven fintech company
Experience using SQL and other analytical tools (Looker GA MixPanel etc.) to gather and analyse their own datasets
Experience leading small teams (relevant on the longterm)
