Were recently completed an exciting transformation journey evolving our Digital Product team and processes with a powerful new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of our business. We are now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our ProductLed Organisation. These roles span various squads focusing either internal and external initiatives as we Evolve ASOS beyond just an eCommerce retailer.
We currently receive over 2.5 billion visits annually more than 23 million active customers and over 50 million unique visitors monthly. This creates a highly committed and exciting environment with opportunities to develop bestinclass digital products.
The Details
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Recommendations team. This is a pivotal role where youll be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our machine learningpowered recommendation systems from the models that drive the recommendations to the customer experiences which surface them. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of ASOS customers worldwide.
The current RecSys is built from a Transformer based architecture and powers a variety of onsite and offsite customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for our recommendation systems ensuring alignment with ASOSs overall business goals.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering data science product design and other product development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.
- Customer Focus:Utilise customer insights and data to inform product decisions ensuring our recommendations meet the needs of our customers and our business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with various stakeholders across the business to define and refine your plan and execute it effectively.
- Measurement:Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of recommendation features continuously optimising for better performance and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership:Set the standard for how things are done mentor and guide junior product managers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Qualifications :
About You
- Youve got extensive and demonstrative experience in shipping successful customercentric digital products in a fastpaced environment.
- You have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and technologies with handson experience in deploying machine learning models at scale.
- You are a macro thinker who is always looking at the big picture.
- You are passionate about metrics with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- You leverage the team you work with bring out the best of them and tease out creative ideas.
- You influence and challenge the people you work with.
- You are structured and transparent in your communication.
