Barista

The Barista will oversee the Bar area supporting the team to deliver exceptional service creating and maintaining Drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests. 

Salary: 1380 per hour 

Working 5 days over 7

Gallery opening hours are 106 excluding Fridays that will be 109.

Responsibilities:

As a Barista you will prepare and serve highquality coffee and other drinks to our customers.

• Make an exceptional cup of coffee good knowledge of coffee machines and grinders
• Set up the coffee bar and fill out fridges with boughtin products.
• Take payments accurately.
• Stock rotation temperature checks and allergen management
• Maintain a clean and organised work area including brewing equipment countertops and display cases.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling and sanitation standa

Qualifications :

• Proven experience with a strong background in coffee preparation and serving.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service and operations.
