Were looking for a strategic leader to help drive our Customer Strategyfocusing on growth deepening customer relationships and transforming digital experiences. A bit about the job
This role exists to shape and deliver Avivas customer strategy ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and customer needs. Youll be part of a collaborative strategy team that works across data marketing and digital to align priorities and drive business growth. The team is responsible for identifying new opportunities developing customers experience and translating strategic goals into clear actionable plans. Youll be accountable for delivering highquality insights tracking progress against key KPIs and producing materials that support executivelevel decisionmaking.
Skills and experience were looking for
- Ability to shape and deliver strategies at a corporate or functional level
- Track record of owning endtoend deliverables to define opportunities for improved performance and delivering outcomes.
- Proven track record of working with senior leaders including Executive Committees or Boards
- Skilled at distilling complex information into clear concise and compelling materials for senior audiences
- Consultancy experience within financial services or customer experience is desirable

- Starting salary Circa 80000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
