Within the PME division as part of the Midscale and Eco Brand Team the Brand Assistant Manager supports global initiatives for Mercure Handwritten Collection and TRIBE.
This role is pivotal in supporting Brand Management and participating in the elevation of the guest experience through strategic and creative projects.
Reporting directly to the Brand Managers and Directors of Mercure Handwritten Collection and TRIBE youll help shape the future of these unique and dynamic Brands!
You will:
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of the brands strategic projects (i.e: Experiences F&B (Food&Beverage) D&TS (Design&Technology) M&E (Meeting&Events)) creation of signature moment and assist in the communication of these projects internally and externally to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Maintain update and oversee Global Brand content including experience materials creative assets and toolkits.
- Manage the creation and distribution of the Global Newsletters of the Brands.
- Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Assist on projects links to : Brand Compliance Product Modernity Brand Performance.
- Support the implementation and onproperty activation of Brand partnerships and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications :
- Be highly organized and structured in project management
- Great knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- A first experience in marketing or project management is highly appreciated
Level of Studies: Master/ MBA/ BAC4 /5
Areas of Studies: Marketing
Languages: English (B2/C1; TOIEC) French is a plus
