Job Description
Responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to Visas Andean Region as a member of a Team focused on optimizing P&L for the region
Develop quantitative analysis related to profitability and other financial and strategic metrics to understand performance and areas of opportunity for Visa in the Andean Region
Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting Payments Volume Gross Revenue ContraRevenue and Net Revenue.
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive contrarevenue variance analysis on monthly quarterly and annual basis explaining the key drivers and storylines affecting outcomes.
Able to synthesize trends and identify opportunities that improve core business and enable senior management to meet or exceed key financial targets.
Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies priorities and issues within the Andean region and relate understanding to drivers of Net Revenue.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of work experience. Leadership role a plus
Bachelors degree in finance engineering mathematics economics or related quantitative field. MBA a plus
Strong business acumen. Multifunctional business experience a plus
Outstanding modeling analytical and quantitative skills. Able to identify and model challenging business problems with wellstructured analyses and quantifiable financial impact
Advanced application of pivot tables macros and formulas
Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Sound foundation in Finance
