Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and bridge gaps in IT systems processes and technology within the organization to enable new digital business initiatives.
- Gather business requirements with appropriate prioritization and translate them into IT and process requirements.
- Collaborate with the SAP SD global team to design and implement robust solutions for defined business processes.
- Execute IT and process rollout projects ensuring they meet cost time and performance targets in close cooperation with various business and process stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that processes are welldefined within the IT framework and that organizational priorities are met.
- Ensure that regional requirements (legal customer business) are addressed with appropriate priority to meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design build unit test and integration test critical solutions within the SAP platform.
- Work with different global teams to ensure alignment share knowledge and deploy suitable global solutions.
- Utilize expertise in SAP SD to design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Address topics related to Brazilian legislation within SAP seeking improved solutions and optimizations.
- Participate in the Tax Reform project implementing new tax solutions within our SAP system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a field related to Information Technology.
- Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
- Ability to enable digital business through necessary digital process capabilities for effective and efficient operations.
- Lead the establishment of new business models with a holistic view of the endtoend process landscape in the Order to Cash area.
- Extensive experience in SAP SD solution design and integration with thirdparty tools and solutions to meet business goals.
- Excellent understanding and experience in the Order to Cash process.
- Indepth knowledge and experience working with various modules of SAP SD (SDO SDD and SDI) as well as their integration with different thirdparty tools.
- Good experience with various implementation methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Identify risks and issues related to IT solutions and provide effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to key stakeholders and prepare welldefined documentation.
- Work experience in projects involving legal requirements in Brazil with a solid understanding of these legal requirements.
- Good knowledge of TAXBRJ and TAXBRA.
- Information Technology experience in Sales and Foreign Trade processes.
- Expertise in solutioning with SAP SD.
- Practical experience with Agile working principles and methodologies.
- Experience in a matrix organizational setup.
- Fluent in English.
