How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next

As our new Cadet Building Services Modeller youll be a vital part of the Building Services team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable. Your role will include:

• Assisting in the development of 3D building services models (HVAC piping and equipment) using Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Supporting the delivery of coordinated BIM models for largescale defence infrastructure projects across Australia
• Learning and applying Australian defence standards and documentation requirements in a secure project environment
• Collaborating closely with engineers and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Participating in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes across mechanical electrical fire and hydraulic systems.
• Receiving ongoing training and mentorship to grow your technical skills and progress your career in the AEC industry

Youll have a genuine passion for reimagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future have a digital mindset and willing to learn.

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

As well as a degree or certification in drafting or modelling wed be looking for:

• A background or qualification in mechanical engineering drafting or a related technical field
• An interest in buildings and construction with a willingness to learn BIM tools and processes
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving in a collaborative team environment
