FullTime Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
Are you ready to bring your attention to detail communication skills and problemsolving mindset to a global trading company Interra International is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic Credit and Risk Department. In this role youll play a key part in protecting our business and supporting our customers by managing account collections resolving claims and ensuring smooth risk operations across the organization.
What Youll Do:
Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Proactively manage and negotiate delinquent accounts.
Investigate and process customer product claims.
Support daily risk management operations including audits and administrative duties.
Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
12 years of experience in credit collections and/or claims resolution.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Must successfully pass a reference and background check.
