The Original Soft Medicine Ball beloved by professional teams and colleges alike. Dynamax standard medicine ballsrange from 4 lbs. to 30 balls are 14 in diameter moisture resistant and are made from 70% postconsumer recycled materials. The design and construction ensure that they will remain dimensionally stable and balanced. Our trade secret and craftsmanship guarantee that each ball regardless of weight has a friendly feel and will absorb high velocity impact making for a fun and vigorous workout.

Due to our tremendous growth we are hiring twelve Balers to join our team. These are fulltime positions with great benefits including health care Paid Time Off and Holiday pay.

Our schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. In the Baler role you will be

1. Responsible for the accurate and consistent bailing of softshell skins to form a balanced and correctly weighted medicine ball. In this role you will be hand stuffing each medicine ball using a proprietary process.
2. Each weight of ball is made to a prescribed formula which you will learn.
3. Meet daily production targets as agreed with your manager.
4. This is a manual job and you will be required to be on your feet up to 8 hours per day using your hands to bail.
5. You will need to be able to move around balls that weigh between 4lb to 30lb.
6. Take responsibility for cleaning your work area at the end of the shift.
7. Handsign each medicine ball with your name as proof you are proud to stand behind the quality of your work.

It takes approximately 4 weeks Monday to Friday to be properly trained to become a Dynamax Baler. During this time you will be paid $18.00 per hour to learn the process. After you move from training to actual baling you will be paid a piece rate where you will be paid for each ball you bale. If you are a dependable employee and willing to put the effort in you can make a lot more money than $18.00 per hour by piece rate.
